Our IAAC executives work on planning, creating decorative props/backdrops, auditioning, rehearsing, and managing for several months on a talent show event to hold for the school and community. With the help of our executives and volunteers, they help create and paint four 20-foot backdrops to hang on the stage and sell 600+ tickets sold for only $8. On April 14th. 2022, Rebel Nations came back after a year hiatus due to COVID-19. It was held at the Michael J. Fox Theatre, selling around 500+ seats with 16 amazing acts. Rebel Nations would not have been possible without our Rotary advisor, Janice Froese; the Rotary Club of Burnaby Deer Lake; the theatre technician, Jonathan Mottram; the talented performers, volunteers, Rebels Media crew; and Interacts sponsor teacher, Kenny Kwan.
